In this tour we will visit the following attractions:

Qoricancha: «Golden Temple», in addition to being a religious site, it was also where Inca political, economic, and administrative power was concentrated.

Saqsayhuaman: «Satisfied Falcon», the largest Inca temple ever built, served as a fortress for the Incas during their resistance against the Spanish, and was later turned into a quarry used to build colonial Cusco.

Qenqo: «Labyrinth», considered a temple dedicated to Pachamama (Mother Nature), possibly a place for mummification or the sacrifice of animals such as the Llama.

Pucapucara: «Pink Fortress», an important checkpoint to control the entry or exit of visitors heading to the Sacred Valley.

Do I need to book in advance?
It is recommended to book a few days in advance to secure your spot, especially during high season (June to August). However, this tour has daily departures, so availability is usually wide.
What happens if it rains during the tour?

Does it include entrance to the Coricancha Temple?
The visit to the Coricancha Temple is optional and requires an additional ticket that you can buy on the same day. Our guide will assist you with the purchase if you decide to include it.
